ok, but these ranges are pretty tight so will include lots of overpairs. Let's look at something that is tight, but not quite as tight. note the 5%-20% are excluding the top of the range, presumably because those hands would have three bet :

conclusion : 67s does better against loose rangers than against tight ranges, but if one player is tight, it does slightly prefer the two callers to be tighter rather than looser, perhaps because of bunching effects. but if you can find three idiots playing any two cards, that is the ideal situation.

Here are the results for this week's grind at BetOnline  Money Won : I don't know if you can actually see anything on this graph, but I've won $300 so far. You might have to click these images to make them more visible. There is some inaccuracies here because if you do an all in cash out, it doesn't factor that in. But actually so far these have all balanced out and based on my cashier balance I am about $290 ahead from where I started. This is over a 5 day period. Mostly I have been doing 1 hour, 300-400 hand sessions, which seems to be working well.  Goals : My short term goals are to get 'established' at .10/.25. Mainly, I want to get in a good volume of hands and generate a strong winning sample. I want to steadily increase my daily volume, and I want to study. Come February 1st I will do a review and see if I am ready to shot take .25/.50. I am eager to move up, but definitely do not have the bankroll to do so yet, nor do I have a recent sample at .10/.25. ...

Anatomy of a losing session

 I had a losing session today playing PLO $10 at BetOnline . I think I played okay. Let's look the biggest losses. One hand I got it in mostly pre with AJ93 ds vs JT55 single suited. Actually villain somehow is a 51% favourite, but my hand is a lot better than his imo. Or maybe not. Whether we are going up against a loose range  Or a tight range   My hand has substantially more equity.
